CHEAPER DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN LESSER QUALITY
You may have noticed I have been working with Little One’s Nappies for a few months now as a product ambassador. But we actually made the switch from using only a more expensive brand last year. I hardly ever do product reviews but I think this is one that worth a read especially if you’re a new mum or a Mummy looking to save a few dollars!
When I first became a Mum I had heard from friends that they used a less expensive brand of nappy during the day and then used a more expensive one overnight for greater absorbency and I wanted to do to the same but unfortunately every single brand of cheaper nappies I tried (including the ones promoted all over socials) would either cause nappy rash or leak through.
I had just come to the belief that the price reflected the quality and stuck with using only the most expensive brand. That was until I found Woolworths Little One’s Nappies. At the time they were a new brand and I was hesitant to try because of my previous experiences with cheaper brands but after being contacted by a PR company to just at least give them try I agreed. Both my husband and I were completely shocked with how absorbent they were and from then on we used both a combination of both brands.
Now Millie is older we use the Nappy Pant version and I have to say they are in my opinion a much better version of a nappy pant as they are thinner, fit tighter but are still just as absorbent especially for during the day as the more expensive and well-known brands. We have only ever had a few leak through the nights when she’s been wearing them and that’s been after a minimum 12 hours of wearing them.
Little One’s nappies are unisex and are also suitable night protection thanks to their high absorbency. They are latex free and provide a comfortable and secure fit with a super stretch waist band.
The other product which I am a huge fan of is their Non-fragrance wipe. At only $2 a packet you CANNOT beat them. I am very picky with which wipes I use because of Millies sensitive, soft skin and these have always been perfect! These wipes recently won the “CANSTAR AWARD” for best wipes on the market.
TIP: Since our first try of Woolworths Little Ones I actually also believe the quality has improved and seem to be more absorbant so if you haven’t tried them in a while I would suggest giving them another go!
